NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the members of Scarborough Business Association Inc. (the “Corporation”) will be held at Centennial College, Progress Campus, Student Centre Boardroom, 2nd Floor, 941 Progress Ave. Scarborough, Ontario M1K 5E9, on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) for the following purposes:

  1. to receive the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended June, 2016
  2. to consider the confirmation of new By-Laws as passed by the Board of Directors (copy attached);
  3. to elect directors for the ensuing year;
  4. to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
